Chicago Moves Day
May 3rd, 2023, 4-6:30 pm
at Union Park, 1501 W. Randolph St. 

Each May we celebrate Chicago Moves Day, an initiative to motivate and promote opportunities for movement and health. This event will highlight wellness experiences found throughout the city. Activities include workouts on the main stage, fitness and health screenings, nutrition, product sampling, and more! Our goal as an organization is to raise health and wellness awareness among the residents of Chicago. Promote healthy lifestyles and provide access points for physical activity and nutrition resources. 

Join us as we encourage Chicago residents to take small steps in an effort to make their physical health a daily priority.  Happy Chicago Moves Day!
